Regarding the suspension of shipping operations during the year-end and New Year holidays

We would like to inform you again about the year-end and New Year shipping schedule, with some corrections to the previously announced content.

Due to an increase in the number of orders and congestion in shipping operations, orders placed on Saturday, December 27th and Sunday, December 28th may also be shipped on or after Monday, January 5th.

Inquiry Operations Suspension Period
December 26, 2025 (Fri) 15:00 - January 4, 2026 (Sun)

Additionally, requests for changes to the shipping address of an order, or corrections to incorrect information, received during the holiday period will be processed on or after Monday, January 5th.
